A petition with 4,000 signatures (and counting) is calling for the removal of two "racist" Android apps being sold on the Google Play store. The apps, both created by "KimberyDeiss," allow users to digitally alter images with things like rice paddy hats, fu manchu mustaches, war paint and feathers.
