The newly appointed US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel marking his first day at the helm of Pentagon. But hours before assumed his new role, Chuck Hagel found himself in a massive row on account of anti-India speech made in 2011. Chuck Hagel, US Secretary of Defense, said, "India for sometime has always used Afghanistan as a second front and India has over the years financed problems for Pakistan on that side of the border."
