Charges have been framed against Bollywood actor Govinda in a court in Mumbai's Borivali suburb for allegedly slapping a man on a film set in 2008. The charges have been framed under sections 352, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The man spoke to the media on the issue and we spotted Govinda visiting the Court.
