The US government has said it wouldn't be surprised if North Korea carried out another rocket launch. After a month of escalating tensions, South Korea has increased its defences and warned its northern neighbour not to enflame the situation any further. Pyongyang has warned foreign embassy staff in Seoul that their safety cannot be guaranteed in the event of conflict. Al Jazeera's Dominic Kane reports.
