After wooing India Inc in New Delhi on Monday (April 8) post his elevation within the BJP, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi delivered developmental speech in West Bengal. In a attempt to find a common ground with West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Modi echoed her sharp criticism of the UPA government. Modi blamed the UPA government on failing on development. He also criticized center's apathy towards the states ruled by non-UPA parties. Taking on the Left, Modi said that the Left has ruined West Bengal for 32 years.
