This was written by Ron Paul with 1st person accounts refering to his terms in congress and his medical training so there is no doubt he wrote it.
IMO this is all veiled Neo Nazi propaganda. In those days the NWO (New World Order) was called ZOG (Zionist Occupied Government) meaning that the government was really being controlled to by the Jews. The obsession with currency I think is implied anti-semetism like money = bank = jews.
There was a massive problem with farm forclosures in those days and it opened the door for this kind of crap. There was also a book that was really popular with the Neo Nazi types called "the Turner Diaries" which depicted a white family that had to take up arms to defend themselves against mobs of rioting blacks.
More resently Ron Paul and his followers were on a mission to "audit the Fed" because they had a conspiracy theory that it was run by the Jews to enrich themselves and secrectly fund Isreal, hence the term "secret central banker".
I also suspect without central banking America would never have had the financing to defeat the Nazi's and the Confederates. Without financing America would not have the money to fight wars overseas, making the world safe for National Socialism.
